There is no cost to the employees to get a job through Retiva. You can find misleading information on the internet about how recruitment agencies "deduct" a percentage from your salary. This is completely untrue and a myth. According to the law of the Republic of Lithuania, a worker receives the salary stated in the employment contract and not a cent less.
By providing your details (name, telephone number, email address and other information), you consent to Retiva recruitment agency representatives contacting you with suitable job offers. Your personal data will be stored by the recruitment agency for an appropriate period of time, but you may request the removal of your personal data from the database at any time.
If you find a job offer that suits you on the website or on social media, you can apply simply by filling in the form (on the website), or by contacting us by message (on social media). A recruiter will contact you to schedule a job interview at our company (or remotely) and at a Retiva client company. If you are a good candidate, you will be able to apply for the position you want by concluding an employment contract.
Gross wages are wages before tax, usually "on paper". Net salary is the salary that the employee receives in his/her bank account "after deduction" of taxes. In other words, the Net Salary is what the employee receives "in hand".
If you work through a recruitment agency, you get the same amount of holiday as if you were not employed through a recruitment agency. The amount of holiday is defined by national law. If you are entitled to additional days of holiday (e.g. for length of service), this will also be granted.
It is important to note here that you will receive your salary each month from the recruitment company UAB Retiva (brand name "Retiva") into your bank account. The salary is paid once a month on the 20th of the month. If the payday falls on a weekend or public holiday, the salary is paid on the next working day. We also offer the possibility to receive your salary every week in advance!
The aim of the recruitment agency is to get to know you and find out your job needs as accurately as possible. This can be done using remote meeting tools (Messenger, Google meet, Teams, Zoom, etc.). Some of the job interviews take place live at Retiva, but the final live meeting is necessary when you go to the company where you will be working in your direct job.

Seniority is calculated from the first day of employment. Your data is passed on to the Social Security Agency and an employment contract is concluded.
Depending on the position you take up, the provision of work clothes will also depend on the position you take up. In some workplaces, wearing a name shirt or waistcoat is sufficient. Some jobs require special work boots, overalls and other clothing - either provided by us, Retiva, or by the client company. If the company does not require special clothing, but has a dress code (e.g. only black trousers are required), you will be informed of this before you start work. In some workplaces, special clothing may only be recommended, in which case the employee is responsible for providing his/her own clothing as required.
One of the benefits we offer our employees is a car fuel allowance, which applies to those who work efficiently and do not miss a single day of their scheduled work. We also have a number of workplaces all over Lithuania, to which we provide free round-trip transport from your place of residence. There are a number of open positions where we can reimburse the cost of public transport tickets.

So it could be that the position you spoke to the HR manager about yesterday is already filled today.When the company (Retiva's client) finds the right number of employees, the recruitment process is closed and the job offer is no longer valid. For this reason, we recommend that you respond as soon as possible to a job offer that interests you. If the position has already been filled, we will offer you another position.

You cannot get an "illegal" job through an employment agency. Any position you take on is covered by an employment contract, even if the job you will be working in is only 1 hour.
We may apply different bonuses, salary supplements, gifts, etc. for different jobs and positions. We also reserve the right to give these bonuses for a limited period of time (e.g. we may give an additional €200 bonus after 3 months of employment for those hired by the 30th of the month). When you work for a Retiva Client company, you receive the employee benefits applicable at the time. In the event of an accident, you must immediately report the accident to your line manager and go to a medical facility. The doctor will note on the sick leave certificate that the worker has suffered an injury at work and the employer will start an investigation if he sees this information. Important: The insurance is only valid during working hours, i.e. during your shift. All Retiva employees are covered in the event of an accident at work, but there are exceptions to the payment of benefits (please enquire by email or phone). The benefit is paid into the employee's personal bank account.
